On the morning of Nov. 13th, the sixth opening ceremony of Architectural Festival was held by Faculty of Civil Engineering and Mechanics on the west side of great hall. All leaders and lots of teachers and students attended this festival.
The best part of opening ceremony was the preliminary contest of structural innovation which had two parts. The groups in the first part should use the finite material to bear more quality things by structure innovation, and the groups in the second part should use their imagination to design works. Kang Zhibin who was the leader from the 28thgroup in first part won the champion.
In the end, Prof. Liu gave a summary speech and emphasized the significance of Architectural Festival which was to show the flash point of Faculty of Civil Engineering and Mechanics and improve our all-round development.
