本工程实验室基于一个国家重点学科(农业电气化与自动化学科)和一个国家重点(培育)学科(机械制造及其自动化)及三个江苏省重点一级学科(控制科学与工程、车辆工程、材料科学与工程),依托江苏大学振动噪声及控制研究中心这一专职科研机构,整合振动噪声和控制及相关学科的资源,形成一支产、学、研相结合,知识结构和优势互补性强、具有高度的向心力和凝聚力以及良好的分工合作精神的科研团队。
一、实验室的发展战略与计划
通过三年建设,新增投资1000万元,新增实验室面积1000平方米,使实验室总面积达到3000平方米;拟建成五个平台:1)振动与噪声理论与技术研究平台;2)大型装备振动与噪声技术研发平台;3)环境振动与噪声技术研发平台;4)新型声学材料研发平台;5)振动与噪声公共服务平台;建立一个高水平的科研创新团队;形成一批具有自主知识产权的学术科研成果,力争本实验室整体上达到国内先进水平,成为我国振动与噪声的理论发展基地和技术研发基地。
通过5-8年的进一步建设,力争使研发平台达到国际先进水平,研发团队成为省级优秀科技创新团队,形成一批具有自主知识产权的科研成果,本实验室整体上达到国内领先水平,成为我国知名的振动与噪声的理论发展基地和技术研发基地。
二、实验室的拟建设内容与规模
(1)建设内容
围绕国家 “十三五”发展规划纲要,以满足航空航天、汽车、轨道交通等领域装备制造和重大工程需求以及环境振动与噪声治理为导向,通过三年建设,力争建立国内先进的振动与噪声技术研发平台。
拟重点建设五个平台:1)振动与噪声理论与技术研究平台;2)大型装备振动与噪声技术研发平台;3)环境振动与噪声技术研发平台;4)新型声学材料研发平台;5)振动与噪声公共服务平台。形成一支结构合理、富有创新精神、团结合作、高水平的学术团队,造就1~2名在国内有一定影响的中青年学术带头人,2~3名在国内有影响的学术骨干,为江苏省在该领域培养博士和硕士研究生50名以上,力争获省级以上优秀博士学位论文1~2篇。
(2)建设规模
项目总经费新增投入1000万元,使总投入达5000万元。项目建设场地在江苏大学土木工程与力学学院大楼,将新增实验室面积1000平方米,使实验室总面积达到3000平方米,建成五个研发平台;承担国家、省部级科研项目15~20项,三年科研总经费800万元以上;申请国家发明专利50件以上,发表高水平论文60篇以上;获省、部级科技奖励2~3项;建立一个高水平的科研创新团队;形成一批具有自主知识产权的学术科研成果,力争本实验室整体上达到国内先进水平。

毕勤胜,教授/博导,天津大学动力学与控制专业博士,中国力学学会动力学与控制专业委员会委员,中国振动工程学会非线性振动专业委员会常务委员、2007年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”人选。发表SCI收录论文148篇,主持国家自然科学基金7项,获省部级科技进步三等奖1项。
