Our faculty held the simulated interview for senior undergraduates who will graduate in 2017 on Sep.30thin room 210. The deputy dean Quan Chen, academic tutors of 2013 and all the staffs of Student Affairs Office were invited to be the interviewers.
First of all, Mr. Chen gave a wonderful opening remarks. He analyzed the current situation of employment and gave some advises on how to be successful in seeking jobs and got high-quality employment. Then, the students introduced themselves to the interviewers one by one. The interviewers asked them some questions about employment intentions and what strengths they owned. They also tried their best to give some useful advises to the graduates. After two-hour interview, the graduates benefited a lot.
This simulated interview provided a platform for senior undergraduates to be more confident in seeking suitable jobs.
