In the evening of September 9th, leaders of our faculty went to the dormitory to visit the freshmen.
The leaders of our faculty communicated cordially with the freshmen, carefully asked where the freshmen came from, whether they were used to school meals, accommodation, etc., and gave enthusiastic and meticulous answers to the questions raised by the freshmen. The atmosphere in the dormitory was very harmonious. The freshmen actively introduced their hometown to the teachers, and some also took out the specialties of their hometown and shared them with everyone.
During the visit, the leaders reminded the students to pay attention to safety, be aware of being deceived, and encourage the freshmen to adapt to university life as soon as possible. The primary task of students is still study. At the same time, they should also participate in community activities and exercise their comprehensive qualities.
This activity has narrowed the distance between teachers and students, increased the cohesion of the college, made freshmen have a further understanding of our college and have their own expectations for university life.
