On July 8th, 14 teachers and students of our faculty went to "Shen Chunlei Skill Master Studio" for practical learning. Through a series of activities such as school-enterprise cooperation signing ceremonies, dialogues with model workers, and immersive observation sessions, young students have gained a profound understanding of the essence of craftsmanship spirit in the "Craftsmanship Classroom."

National Labor Model Shen Chunlei shared the journey of struggle involving the trowel for making a living, the trowel of knowledge, the trowel of ideals, and the trowel of dreams. Through personal experiences, he interpreted the core essence of the craftsmanship spirit, which is "striving for perfection and pursuing excellence." The student representatives actively raised questions around topics such as "career choice" and "technical inheritance".

Teachers and students visited the Construction Industrialization Technology Exhibition Area, the Labor Model Innovation Achievement Gallery, and the Hands-on Interactive Zone, got a close- up view of the production process of pre-fabricated components and experienced BIM technology- simulated construction.
