In order to further strengthen the construction of the graduate supervisor team and enhance their capabilities, our faculty held a training session on Oct.26th.

We invited prof. Shen Xing, from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, to deliver a report titled "Cultivating Outstanding Engineers in the New Era with the Focus on Mechanics and Interdisciplinary Integration."

All graduate supervisors and some graduate students participated in the meeting. This training conference provided a high-level learning and exchange platform for supervisors. The faculty will continue to strengthen the construction of the supervisors’ team and strive to cultivate more high-quality talents with innovative spirits and practical abilities.
