On March 24th, our faculty invite Deputy director of Personnel Department of Jiangsu University Liu Yanling to give a lecture with the topic of “Interpretation of high-level talent work policies”.

Deputy director Liu introduced the Policies related to talent citation, key points for high-level talent project application and writing. She described how to write a high-quality talent project application form in details and proposed solutions to the talent dilemma for our faculty.

The lecture helped to point out the direction for our talent work. The faculty will continue to strengthen the construction of talent team, improve the talent training mechanism and provide excellent talent services.
