In order to furtherly strengthen the construction of supervisors, our faculty held supervisors training meeting in the afternoon of Nov. 9th in the 908 conference room of Lei Si Building, and all the supervisors attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Lu Jing, deputy director of the Mental Health Education Center of Jiangsu University, made a report on the relationship between students and supervisors form the Psychological Perspective. She analyzed the four influential factors of learning-guidance relationship, the consideration of teacher-student matching, the method of building harmonious learning-guidance relationship, and the related content of psychological crisis identification.
Through this training, the supervisors of our faculty were furtherly familiar with the requirements of the whole process of graduate talent cultivation, enhanced the sense of responsibility, and laid a good foundation for the cultivation of excellent engineering graduate students.
